Mobile information is shared only with service providers solely to deliver messaging services, including messaging platforms and carriers, and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
3.4 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, prevent fraud, address security issues, or protect the safety of users or the public.
3.5 Business Transfers

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
